Thursday, 8/31
For those who are already in town we're Shootin' the Hooch! This means floating down the Chattahoochie River on tubes for a few hours and drinking beer. We're starting at Don White Memorial Park at noon- It's about an hour drive from the airport. Additional details at http://shootthehooch.com/rentals/tubes/
Following the float, we're going to meet up with people coming into town during the afternoon at a not yet determined location for drinks, so feel free to join!
Friday, 9/1
We'll be involved in events with the wedding party throughout the day, so it's a great time to take advantage of some of the events happening in Atlanta this weekend like DragonCon. There are additional options on the Atlanta See and Do page.
In the evening we have our rehearsal dinner, but all our welcome to join us for drinks after dinner at Rosa Mexicano Atlantic Station at 9:45/10:00.
The Big Day!
Saturday, 9/2
Grab breakfast at any of the fantastic restaurants in the area, but don't eat too late. The ceremony begins at 2:00. The bus will leave from the Atlanta Courtyard Georgia Tech, and parking is available at the Cathedral of Christ the King for those who would like to drive.
There's some time between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to explore, but I would avoid the parade route for DragonCon. Sounds like a quagmire.
The reception cocktail hour will start at 7:00, and then the real fun begins!
